The menu of “Castelli in aria” is usually fixed, following the seasonality of our vegetable garden and products availability of the local farms.
The courses arises from the fantasy and creativity of Piera, our precious chef; they combine innovation and traditional flavors of the Abruzzi.

You can also taste some courses inspired by family tradition, such as “coffee trifle” of grandmother Maria, “chicken with peppers” and “sweet Ravioli” with sugar and cinnamon.
