“Castelli in aria” arises from the original and a bit crazy idea of Nicoletta, the owner, who wants to realize a lovely place where it is possible to relax with the chance to immerse yourself in the country life. From that the name of the agritourism “Castelli in aria” that means to day-dream.
The agritourism is located on the top of a hill, into the Calanchi’s Natural Reserve of Atri; on one side you can admire the Adriatic blue sea, distant only 15 minutes by car, on the other side the green mountain of Dea Maya, the Majella, distant only one hour by car.
At about 6 km there is the old little town of Atri, ancient medieval village, historically very important and with architectural beauty.
You will be welcomed in a comfortable and familiar location, where you will taste typical courses of regional cuisine but also new versions of courses with particular attention to the quality and to the choice of local products.
In the morning you will delighted by a rich breakfast with various sweeties, cakes, marmalades and juices, hand made.
